Update February 2011:

The January 4-22nd trip was very fruitful. Very little work remains to be completed but it is critical to the long term  of the vision.  The interior is complete with the exception of the water purification filtration  equipment, the back-up power system, and ventilation devices. The interior glass doors are completed as well as the dispensing windows and display window.

Remaining outside work: the concrete sidewalk to the roadway, a culvert, and finish painting, sign painted, and more exterior security lights.
